My air conditioner stopped working on what seemed to be one of the hottest days so far this season. I called On Time and they had a repairman out within an hour. He was very honest, didn’t try to sell me anything other than what I needed. After spending $132 my a/c was running again like new, nice and cool. I was also educated on what to do to keep this from happening again. I feel at ease now that I know I can depend on their services..

My experience with this company was one to comment on so here I go. After I was given the run a round from a different company I decided to call On Time and they were very genuine to my needs after I explained I had taken the day off work and the original plumbing company stood me up. I was given an appointment for between 1-2 and the plumber showed up 10 minutes early. He covered his shoes before he entered my house and immediately went to work on figuring out the problem on why I was not getting any hot water. He told me within 5 minutes of what he needed to do and gave me the price on what it would cost. He did a very good job, was very clean and professional and solved my problem. I am keeping their phone number for any future work.

We experienced a slab leak on Christmas Eve. We contacted On Time Experts and your representative John arrived at our home within the hour. He was professional and knowledgeable regarding the procedures and products being used for the re-piping of our house and after getting two other bids we decided to put our confidence with your company. We weren’t disappointed. The technicians who performed the work were a team of brothers, known as the twins. Jon and Jeff being twins were able to anticipate each others next move and were very efficient and personable. They were careful, clean and respectful of our home. I was most impressed when they extended themselves from 8am until 9pm on New Years Eve, in order to make sure our home was fully operational the next day. They showed a great deal of integrity regarding their work and I would recommend them highly. We were very pleased with the professionalism of your company and your staff.
